T cells are an important part of the adaptive immune system, with the ability to specifically recognize pathogen epitopes. CD3+ pan T cells represent helper T cells, cytotoxic T cells, and T regulatory cells. Human peripheral blood derived CD3+ T cells have been used in cancer studies and are shown to have enhanced antitumor effects that are invaluable to ongoing clinical and pre-clinical research. This product is isolated CD3+ T cells from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PMBCs) using LRS cones, a byproduct of apheresis collection. Human peripheral blood T cells derived from apheresis collections is a leading source of T cells for current CAR cell therapies. By using CD3+ T cells isolated from LRS cones researchers obtain the same starting material used in current therapies at a fraction of the cost. By using LRS cone derived CD3 T cells StemVivo is also able to offer our clients a wide range of donor criteria from our vast bank of registered donors in order to meet any research needs or requirements.
